We have a Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced option for our 3:00 Marathon Plan. Each option differs in mileage and running days per week.
- Beginner Plan: This plan is recommended for runners who have started running within the last year and are currently running 3-4 days per week.
- Intermediate Plan: Recommended for runners who have been running for the last 1-3 years, and currently running (or would like to run) 4-5 days per week.
- Advanced Plan: For the seasoned runner comfortable running 6-7 days per week.
Once you purchase a plan, you'll receive a PDF with your 12-week marathon build.
